The information about how many women’s accounts have been transferred under Bahin Yojana has been given by X, a social media platform. Direct benefit transfer of Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana has started from yesterday. On the eve of Independence Day, 32 lakh sisters and 48 lakh women have been transferred to their bank accounts today at 4 am on Independence Day. Women and Child Development Department is working round the clock to ensure that this process is done smoothly and I myself am keeping an eye on this process. Aditi Tatkare informed that benefits have been transferred to a total of 80 lakh women so far.
Meanwhile, a list of 1 crore 35 lakh beneficiaries has been prepared under Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana. Among the eligible beneficiaries, 27 lakh women beneficiaries have not linked their Aadhaar card with their bank accounts. A special campaign is being implemented to link the bank accounts of these women with Aadhaar card. So these 27 lakh women have not been able to reach the money yet.
Not only this, the government is going to send money to women till Rakshabandhan i.e. till August 19. Therefore, it is likely that the money will be deposited in the accounts of the eligible beneficiaries in about four days. The women applicants whose applications have not been qualified yet, if their applications are qualified in the next few days, money will also be credited to their accounts.
