  • Identification of the Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the Material: The exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located so that we can find it.
  • Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Request

To protect our privacy and prevent automated spam, we do not monitor a public email for DMCA notices. Please submit all copyright-related requests exclusively through our Official Contact Form:

Please select “Copyright/DMCA” as the subject of your inquiry to ensure it is prioritized by our legal review team.

3. Our Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana will:

  1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  2. Notify the individual who posted the content that it has been removed.
  3. Terminate the access of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through our Contact Page. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
