Financial assistance of Rs 1500 per month is being provided to eligible women through this scheme. This scheme is launched for economic empowerment and empowerment of women. Now on the occasion of Diwali, the state government has announced a special gift for the beneficiaries of this scheme. It has been said by the government that the women beneficiaries of Ladki Bahin Yojana will get a bonus of Rs 3000 on Diwali. Apart from this, an additional Rs 2500 will be given to some selected women. Let’s know detailed information about this Diwali bonus.
Ladki Bahin Yojana is an ambitious scheme launched by the Government of Maharashtra. The aim of this scheme is to empower women economically in the state. Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1500 per month is provided to eligible women. This amount is directly credited to the beneficiary’s bank account. Women have to follow some rules to avail this scheme. Age should be between 21 to 60 years. Must be resident of Maharashtra. Annual income should be less than 2.5 lakh rupees.
The state government has announced a special gift for Diwali to the women beneficiaries of Ladki Bahin Yojana. The government has said that a bonus of Rs 3000 will be given to all eligible women of the scheme on the occasion of Diwali. This amount will be paid excluding regular monthly payments. An additional amount of Rs 2500 will also be given to some selected women. In this way, some women will get a total benefit of Rs.5500 (3000+2500). Diwali bonus will be available only to eligible women of Ladki Bahin Yojana. For this, these conditions have to be fulfilled.
1) The woman’s name should be in the beneficiary list of Ladki Bahin Yojana.
2) They should avail atleast three months through the scheme.
3) Their Aadhaar card and bank account should be linked.
4) The scheme is following all terms and conditions.
All women who fulfill these conditions will get a bonus of Rs 3000. This amount will be credited to their bank account.
